Agreement & Acceptance

By accessing, registering, or otherwise engaging with the services, interfaces, or functionalities offered by Cryptura (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform"), the individual or entity (hereinafter "User") irrevocably agrees to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions, which shall constitute a legally enforceable agreement between the User and Cryptura, its affiliates, successors, and assigns.

The User affirms that they are of legal age and possess full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of their jurisdiction, and that their use of the Platform does not violate any applicable local, national, or international laws, regulations, or directives.

Regulatory Compliance & User Obligations

The User acknowledges that the Platform operates within a rapidly evolving regulatory landscape and that Cryptura reserves the right to implement, modify, or enforce compliance protocols in accordance with applicable statutes, including but not limited to:

• Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations
• Anti-Money Laundering (AML) standards
• Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF) frameworks
• Other financial crime prevention measures as mandated by competent authorities

The User agrees to furnish accurate, complete, and verifiable identification documents, transactional histories, and any other information reasonably requested by Cryptura or its compliance officers, and understands that failure to do so may result in suspension, restriction, or termination of access to the Platform without prior notice.

Liability Disclaimer & Legal Cooperation

Important Notice:

Cryptura expressly disclaims liability for any unlawful, fraudulent, or criminal activity perpetrated by Users.

Cryptura reserves the right to cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies, regulatory bodies, and judicial authorities in the investigation and prosecution of offenses including but not limited to:

• Identity theft

• Wire fraud

• Market manipulation

• Money laundering

• Terrorist financing

• Unauthorized access to digital assets

The User agrees that any attempt to circumvent security protocols, exploit vulnerabilities, or engage in prohibited conduct shall constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in civil or criminal liability, including referral to appropriate authorities.

Risk Acknowledgment & Warranty Disclaimer

Critical Risk Warning

The User acknowledges that the nature of digital assets and blockchain-based technologies is inherently volatile, experimental, and subject to:

▸ Systemic risk and technological failure
▸ Regulatory uncertainty and rapid policy changes
▸ Market volatility and potential loss of capital
▸ Irreversible transaction finality

Cryptura makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, legality, or fitness for a particular purpose of any content, service, or functionality offered through the Platform.

All transactions conducted via the Platform are final and irreversible, except where explicitly stated otherwise by Cryptura in writing.

Platform Rights & Reimbursement Policy

Cryptura reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate any aspect of the Platform, including but not limited to account access, transaction capabilities, and service availability, without prior notice and without liability.

Important Reimbursement Policy:

The User understands and accepts that Cryptura may, under certain circumstances—including but not limited to regulatory intervention, technical anomalies, force majeure events, internal audits, or risk mitigation procedures—exercise its sole discretion to delay, suspend, or withhold reimbursement of funds, assets, or accrued profits for a period not exceeding five (5) calendar years, and that such delay shall not constitute a breach of contract or give rise to any claim for damages, restitution, or injunctive relief.

By continuing to use the Platform, the User expressly acknowledges and accepts this provision and agrees to proceed only if they fully understand and consent to the possibility of such delay.

The User agrees that Cryptura shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to the use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, digital assets, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cryptura is domiciled, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including the validity, interpretation, breach, or termination thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within said jurisdiction, and the User hereby waives any objection to venue, forum non conveniens, or lack of personal jurisdiction.

Modification Rights:

Cryptura reserves the right to amend, revise, or update these Terms at any time, and the User's continued use of the Platform following such amendments shall constitute acceptance thereof.

Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms represent the entire agreement between the User and Cryptura with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

By using Cryptura's services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
